Monthly checkups may speed shoulder recovery

Summary
This study tests whether people with new shoulder pain from rotator cuff tendinopathy recover faster with monthly doctor visits for 3 months compared to standard care (one visit at 3 months). 156 adults aged 18-65 with pain for less than 6 months will be randomly assigned to either group. The goal is to see if tight follow-up reduces chronic pain and healthcare costs.
