Summary
This study is testing whether seeing a doctor every month for the first three months helps people with new shoulder tendon pain recover faster and better than the usual approach of a single check-up at three months. Researchers want to see if this closer follow-up, where treatment can be adjusted more often, prevents the pain from becoming a long-term problem. The goal is to improve shoulder function, reduce pain, and lower the overall costs related to healthcare and missed work.
