Monthly doctor visits could speed up shoulder recovery

Summary
This study compares two ways of managing early rotator cuff tendinopathy (shoulder pain). One group gets monthly check-ups for 3 months to adjust treatment quickly, while the other group has only one follow-up at 3 months. The goal is to see if closer monitoring leads to faster pain relief and better shoulder function. About 156 adults aged 18-65 with new shoulder pain will take part.
