NCT ID NCT06880692

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 23 times

Summary

This study will use a smartphone app to track people's daily activities and tick encounters across the United States, especially in the upper Midwest and Northeast. Up to 3,500 participants will log their behaviors for 7 days over a year. The goal is to see if using the app helps people adopt more tick-prevention habits like tick checks and showering, and reduces the number of tick bites they report.
