Summary

This study is testing whether an investigational drug called tibulizumab can help control systemic sclerosis, a rare autoimmune disease that causes skin thickening and can damage internal organs like the lungs. For the first 24 weeks, some participants will receive the drug while others get a placebo, followed by a period where everyone can receive the active treatment. Researchers will measure changes in skin thickness, lung function, and overall disability to see if the drug is safe and effective.
