Summary
This study is testing whether the drug AMG 732 can help people with thyroid eye disease whose eye bulging didn't improve or returned after previous treatment. The trial includes 30 adults who participated in an earlier AMG 732 study but didn't respond well or had their symptoms come back. Researchers will measure changes in eye bulging over 24 weeks while monitoring safety.
