Summary
This study is testing if adding a second thyroid hormone (desiccated thyroid extract) to the standard medication (levothyroxine) works better to prevent thyroid cancer from coming back after surgery. It will involve 646 people across China who have an intermediate or high risk of their cancer returning. The goal is to see if the combination helps patients reach the right hormone levels faster and with fewer side effects like heart problems or bone loss.
