Summary
This trial tests whether Thymosin-α1, an immune-modulating drug, can increase the chance of live birth in women aged 18-40 who have had at least two failed embryo transfers with genetically normal embryos. Participants receive either the drug or a placebo during their IVF cycle and continue until about 11 weeks of pregnancy. The study aims to see if calming the immune system helps the embryo implant and grow.
