New attack on rare chest cancer: boosting immune system before surgery

Summary
This study is testing a new treatment approach for a rare chest cancer called locally advanced thymic carcinoma. It aims to see if giving a combination of immunotherapy, chemotherapy, and radiation *before* surgery can shrink tumors and make them easier to remove. The trial will enroll 31 patients to check if this approach is effective and safe.
