New trial tests if adding chemo after surgery keeps thymic cancer away

Summary
This study looks at whether adding chemotherapy to radiation therapy after surgery helps prevent thymic cancer from coming back. About 172 adults who had their tumor fully removed will receive either radiation alone or radiation plus four cycles of chemotherapy. Participants will be followed for several years to track cancer recurrence and survival.
