Laser focus: new study tests if attention tricks boost basketball performance
NCT ID NCT07546890
First seen Apr 24, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 3 times
Summary
This study looks at whether teen basketball players (ages 10-18) get better results from shoulder exercises when they focus on a laser beam instead of just doing the moves. Thirty players will be split into two groups: one uses the laser focus, the other does standard exercises. Researchers will measure balance, shoulder stability, and throwing power to see if the laser method makes a difference.
