Summary
This study looks at blood clots removed from stroke patients during a procedure called mechanical thrombectomy. Researchers want to see if the clot's makeup is linked to how well treatment works, what caused the stroke, and how patients recover. 500 adults with ischemic stroke or cerebral venous thrombosis will join, but no new treatment is being tested.
