Summary
This study tested a medical device designed to remove blood clots from the brain in people having a severe stroke. Eight adults who could be treated within 8 hours of symptoms were enrolled. The main goal was to see if the device safely and effectively restored blood flow, with follow-up for serious side effects up to 90 days.
