Shared meals & conversation: a new prescription for doctor burnout?
NCT ID NCT07366333
Summary
This study is testing a program called ThriveCircle, which aims to reduce burnout and improve well-being among doctors and scientists at a medical school. Small groups of faculty will meet over shared meals for guided conversations to build community and support each other. Researchers want to see if this low-resource, peer-led approach can help people feel less exhausted and more fulfilled in their work.
