New study aims to protect pregnant women from eating disorder relapse

Summary
This study tests whether a prevention program (adapted from The Body Project) can reduce eating disorder symptoms and body dissatisfaction during pregnancy and after childbirth. Sixty pregnant women with a history of eating disorders will be randomly assigned to the program or a health education group. The main goal is to see if the program is feasible and acceptable, and to gather early data on its effectiveness.
