Summary
This study tested whether giving Black adults with high blood pressure free produce, personalized dietitian coaching, and resource referrals could help them eat a heart-healthy DASH diet. 80 participants were split into two groups to see if the program was practical and improved eating habits. The goal was to see if this approach could support better blood pressure control.
