Summary

This study will test whether the Thrive AI Health app helps adults aged 40+ with type 2 diabetes or overweight improve their diet, exercise, and sleep. About 20 participants will either use the app or not, and researchers will compare changes in their habits and quality of life over time. The goal is to see if personalized AI advice can encourage healthier everyday behaviors.
