Summary
This study tested two ways to ease tennis elbow pain in 40 adults: a special hand-and-chest movement technique (thoracic mobilization) versus wearing a forearm brace. Participants had elbow pain for over 3 months and were otherwise healthy. The goal was to see which approach works better for reducing pain.
