Summary

This study tests a short online course called 'Things You Do' that teaches five simple actions to boost emotional wellbeing. Researchers want to see if a single session can help adults in Canada with depression or anxiety feel better. About 50 people will take the course and answer questionnaires to measure changes in symptoms and satisfaction.
