Summary

This study tests whether a safe, non-invasive brain stimulation technique called theta burst stimulation (TBS) can boost language recovery in people with post-stroke aphasia. 45 adults with non-fluent aphasia will receive either real TBS (targeting the left or right brain) or a sham version, followed by speech therapy for 3 weeks. Researchers will measure naming and speaking abilities before, after, and 3 months later to see if TBS enhances standard therapy.
