First seen Mar 09, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 12 times
Summary
This study tests a set of simple warming steps (thermoregulation bundle) given to healthy, full-term babies right after vaginal birth. The goal is to see if it helps keep their temperature, breathing, and heart rate stable, and whether it leads to earlier and more successful breastfeeding. About 140 newborns will take part, and their health and feeding will be tracked for the first hour after birth.
