Heat-Sensing cameras could reveal how pain treatment works

NCT ID NCT05777889

Summary

This study aims to see if thermal camera images can show changes in blood flow and nerve activity after spinal cord stimulation in people with Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS). Researchers will take pictures of participants' feet before and after the treatment and compare them to pain questionnaire results. The goal is to learn if this imaging method can help monitor how well the treatment is working.
