NCT ID NCT03702972
First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 06, 2026 · Updated 32 times
Summary
This study aimed to see if a cheap thermal camera attached to a smartphone could accurately measure how deep a child's second-degree burn is. Deep burns often need skin grafts, but it's hard to tell early on. The study was withdrawn before any participants were enrolled, so no results are available.
