First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 33 times
Summary
This study compares a new treatment called TheraSphere (tiny radioactive beads) against standard chemoembolization for people with liver cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. About 92 Chinese adults with early-to-mid stage liver cancer will be randomly assigned to one of the two treatments. The goal is to see which approach better delays cancer growth and is safer.
