Summary
This study is testing whether a specific type of talk therapy can help improve mental health and quality of life for people who have recently suffered a spinal cord injury. Eight patients recovering in the hospital will receive the therapy and answer questions about their mood and adjustment. Researchers want to see if this therapy is helpful and practical to use in a hospital rehabilitation setting.
