New therapy aims to ease the heavy burden of caregiver grief
NCT ID NCT05624879
Summary
This study is testing whether a short, four-session therapy can help older adults who are caring for a dying family member and experiencing severe grief. Researchers want to see if this therapy can reduce distressing grief symptoms both before and after their loved one passes away. The trial will compare the therapy to an educational program to see which is more effective for 440 caregiver participants.
