Summary
This study tested whether a special education program based on talk therapy could help people with obesity. The program aimed to reduce emotional eating and improve mental resilience. 81 participants were randomly assigned to either receive the 8-week program or be in a comparison group with no program. Researchers measured changes in eating habits and psychological strength before, immediately after, and three months after the program.
