Can Mind-Body therapy heal the physical scars of an earthquake?
NCT ID NCT06959238
Summary
This study tested whether a mind-body therapy could help people who survived a major earthquake. Researchers worked with 30 adult survivors to see if exercises focused on body awareness could improve their core strength, posture, balance, and overall quality of life. One group received the therapy twice a week for eight weeks, while a comparison group did not, to measure any differences.
