Summary
This study is testing whether a specific type of talk therapy can help people with chronic facial pain that has no clear physical cause. Sixty adults with this condition will be randomly assigned to receive either the new therapy or their usual care. The main goal is to see if the therapy reduces pain intensity and improves quality of life, with effects measured over a full year.
