Summary
This study is testing a new therapy program called UPLYFT, designed to help people who have finished lymphoma treatment but are still worried about their cancer coming back. The program provides information and coping tools through weekly sessions. Researchers want to see if this approach is practical, acceptable to survivors, and helps reduce their fear and improve their quality of life.
