Summary
This study looks at whether having a therapy dog present can help children aged 4 to 12 feel less anxious and behave better during a dental numbing shot. Researchers will measure children's heart rate and distress levels, and ask them and their parents about their experience. The goal is to find a simple, drug-free way to make dental visits less scary for kids.
