Summary
This study tests a device called ThecaFlex DRx that is implanted under the skin to deliver the SMA drug nusinersen directly into the spinal fluid. It is for people with spinal muscular atrophy who have trouble with repeated spinal injections. The goal is to see if the device works safely and effectively over 12 months.
