Summary
This study is testing whether an 8-week program of text messages can help adults reduce the time they spend sitting. Researchers will compare two types of text messages—scheduled reminders and responsive messages—to see which is more effective. The goal is to find a simple, accessible way to promote healthier, more active lifestyles in diverse communities.
