Summary
This study is developing and testing a text-message program to support caregivers of people with dementia after an emergency room visit. About 80 caregivers will receive text messages for 30 days to see if the program is easy to use and helpful. The goal is to improve the transition from the ER to home for both the caregiver and the person with dementia.
