Summary

This study tests whether a text-message program that helps young adults create a personalized safety plan is practical and helpful. Sixty participants aged 18-24 with recent suicidal thoughts will use the program for about 4 weeks and complete surveys over 24 weeks. The goal is to see if a larger study is possible and if the program reduces suicidal thoughts and behaviors.
