Phone neck pain? video exercises work as well as clinic visits
NCT ID NCT07200752
Summary
This study tested whether a home exercise program delivered through video calls works as well as traditional in-person physical therapy for treating text neck syndrome. Researchers compared both approaches in 31 university students who experienced neck pain from prolonged smartphone use. Both groups performed the same six-week exercise program, with results showing whether remote therapy could be a convenient alternative.
