First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tested a series of gentle stretches and movements, called global postural re-education, in 30 adults with text neck syndrome—pain from looking down at phones for hours. Participants did the exercises to see if it would reduce neck pain and improve head and shoulder posture. The goal was to find a drug-free way to ease discomfort from modern device use.
