Summary
This study aims to see if sending recovery surveys by text message can help doctors understand how patients heal after orthopedic surgeries or injuries. It will enroll 3000 patients with specific conditions like ankle fractures or rotator cuff repairs. The goal is to use the survey data to create 'recovery curves' and then schedule fewer in-person visits for patients who are healing as expected or better.
