Summary

This study is testing whether a simple text message program can help people with high levels of worry and anxiety. It will compare two approaches: one group gets daily text reminders to reduce their worry-related habits, while another group watches weekly relaxation videos. The goal is to see which method is more helpful for easing anxiety symptoms and improving daily life.
