NCT ID NCT07365579
Summary
This study is testing whether a text message program is practical and acceptable for helping young adults create safety plans when they have suicidal thoughts. Researchers want to see if they can run a larger future study and if participants find the text-based support helpful. The program guides users through building a personalized plan with coping strategies and resources over four weeks.
