Summary
This study tests a new oral drug, TEV-56286, in 200 adults with Multiple System Atrophy (MSA), a rare and serious brain disorder. The main goal is to see if the drug is safe and tolerable over about 100 weeks. Participants must have completed a prior related study. This is not a cure but aims to manage the disease.
