Video game therapy for traumatic births?

NCT ID NCT07290127

Summary

This study is exploring whether playing the computer game Tetris shortly after an emergency C-section can help reduce symptoms of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) in new mothers. It's a small, early-stage trial enrolling 120 women to see if this approach is practical and acceptable. The goal is to gather information to design a larger future study on using Tetris to support postpartum mental health.
