Can a single dose of testosterone boost nerve function in spinal cord injury?

Summary

This study looks at how a single dose of testosterone given as a nasal spray affects nerve signals and automatic body functions like heart rate in men with spinal cord injury. Many men with this injury have low testosterone, which may worsen nerve problems. The study will test 15 male veterans to see if testosterone can improve these functions.
