First seen Mar 17, 2026 · Last updated May 05, 2026 · Updated 7 times
Summary
This study looked at whether giving older men testosterone for a short time, with or without exercise, could help their muscles grow better later on. 45 healthy men aged 55-70 took part. The goal was to see if the body 'remembers' the hormone and responds faster to future training.
