Summary

This study aims to understand how testosterone therapy affects heart and metabolic health in transgender boys and men. Researchers will follow 90 participants, including transgender individuals starting testosterone and cisgender individuals for comparison, for one year. The main goal is to see if starting therapy before or after puberty makes a difference in heart health risks.
