Summary

This study looks at better ways to screen and treat people in jail who have both PTSD and opioid or stimulant use disorders. Researchers will test two approaches: starting PTSD therapy while still in jail or waiting until release. The goal is to see which helps more people start substance use treatment after they leave jail.
