Summary
This study tests a program called Measurement-Based Care (MBC) for veterans with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). The program involves regular check-ins between clinic visits to track symptoms and adjust treatment early. Researchers want to see if this approach improves quality of life and reduces flares and hospital stays. About 250 veterans from four VA sites will take part.
