NCT ID NCT07540052

First seen May 09, 2026 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 5 times

Summary

This study tests whether messages about losing the benefits of exercise can help older adults with walking difficulty stick to a daily routine. About 148 participants will do a 5-minute home exercise program for 4 months and complete online surveys. Researchers want to see if these messages increase feelings of regret about not exercising and lead to better adherence.
