NCT ID NCT07540052

First seen May 09, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 3 times

Summary

This study tests whether messages about losing the ability to walk well can motivate older adults with walking difficulty to exercise daily. About 148 people will do a 5-minute home exercise program for 4 months and answer surveys. The goal is to see if these messages increase regret about not exercising and improve how often they exercise.
