Smartwatch vs. food diary: the search for the simplest weight loss tool
NCT ID NCT07228130
Summary
This study aims to find the easiest and most effective way for people to track their diet and weight during an online weight loss program. Over 275 adults with overweight or obesity will try different tracking methods, like using a smartwatch or logging food just a few days a week, to see which one helps them stick with it and lose weight. The goal is to make long-term weight management less of a chore by personalizing the tracking approach.
