Can a cartoon doctor make medical info less scary?
NCT ID NCT06435819
Summary
This study is testing a new tool to help people understand medical information. Researchers want to see if a friendly, animated character that explains medical illustrations works better than letting people read the information on their own. They are comparing the animated character on a regular computer screen to one in a virtual reality headset to find which method helps people learn best and feel the least anxious.
